Apple Crumble

I made some Apple Crumble this afternoon and here is the recipe if you would want to try it!


You will need for the filling: Eight apples, cinnamon, two handfuls of raisins.
And for the crumble: 230g butter, 350g flour, 175g sugar, 1 tsp baking powder.

Method:
Cut apples and put in dish. Put in raisins and sprinkle on cinnamon. Rub butter into dry ingredients with your finger tips. Cover apples, raisins and cinnamon completely with crumbs. Put in oven at 180 degrees for 30 min. Then switch oven off and let it brown inside the oven for another 30 min.

Serve with cream or icecream and enjoy!
